LDK CORP Data Deletion Instructions
LDK CORP INC respects your right to request access to or deletion of personal information associated with the LDK CORP Lead Integration application and Meta lead forms.
Information that may be processed includes your name, phone number, email address, state, application and qualification answers, communication consent, recruitment status, recruiter notes, and technical identifiers associated with your Meta lead form submission.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your information, send an email to:

Use the subject line:
LDK CORP Data Deletion Request
Include the following information so we can locate and verify your records:
- Full name
- Email address used in your application
- Phone number used in your application
- A statement requesting deletion of your personal information
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
After verification, LDK CORP INC will delete or anonymize the applicable personal information from its active recruitment systems and confirm when the request has been completed. Limited information may be retained when required by applicable law, to document consent, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or demonstrate regulatory compliance.
Removing the Meta App Connection
You may also remove the LDK CORP Lead Integration connection from Facebook:
- Open Facebook Settings & Privacy.
- Select Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
- Find LDK CORP Lead Integration.
- Select Remove.
Removing the connection stops future access through that integration. To request deletion of information already received by LDK CORP INC, you must also submit the deletion request described above.
